I hadn’t had salt pepper spare ribs（椒盐排骨）cooked this way for a long time so I was very happy. I am still giving 5 stars because I personally didn’t care too much. But I noticed a small piece of plastic (from a plastic bag or something like that) in the rice. I guess this happens when you have a small kitchen on a truck.
I love this place. Great memories. I would always call in and they'd have food ready in 5 minutes. I still think about this place.

This is among the best general Asian style food I’ve ever had. I had the General Tso’s yesterday and the Orange Chicken today. 👍
Sad that i only discovered this food truck years into my time at Penn! Better than most of the food trucks around.
It saved my whole stay in Philadelphia. Delicious, good, and quality affordable foods.
